    1: Things don't need to be perfect for you to start, like a perfect weather, a perfect night of sleep, for the stars to align, and all that shit. Just start, as imperfect as you are right now. Today.
    2: Don't give up on the face of adversity. If it is important, you must do whaterver it takes. It will make you rely on yourself more and more.
    3: Forgive others and forgive yourself based on your self image. Do you want a 20 years bad experience to weight on your next 40, 50, or even more years? No. Acknowledge it, make peace with it and solve it.

    Enable mobile theme
